Aim for 15 reps of each for 4 rounds
– elbow to straight arm plank
– opp knee to elbow mountain climber
– oblique twist with press (holding weight plate, mine is a 10kg)
– lying lower lowers (single)
You can also try this as a timed circuit, 45 secs each exercise, resting briefly (just to catch your breath or have a quick sip of water) at the end of inchworm and repeating for a total of 25 mins
