Most of us have a resistance band floating around at home, they make for a great at home workout. I’ve focused mainly on upper body (and yes, I left out my overhead tricep exercise on the band! So add that in)
Purchase your bands from your local Rebel or HART Sport , they come in all different strengths and either with or without handles.
Circuit moves: 4 sets x 12 reps

4. High Pull
5. Upright row
6. Bicep Curl
7. Tricep Overhead Extension (not shown!)
