Bodyweight Leg Workout (No gym required)

I stand firm when I say “I love working legs!”. I think most women do, it’s where our natural strength lies.

This workout can be performed in a hotel room, a bedroom, a corridor, in a park and of course in a gym. It’s going to hit your lower half really well and the core also. I recommend performing each move (both sides where applicable) for 15 reps for a total of 6-8 rounds. Your aim with the rest is to make it as little as possible between sets to keep your heart rate high.
