You can perform these 8 moves in a circuit type HIIT style (Max effort for 30 sec each with 2-3 min rest for 5-6 rounds ) or pick a few moves and perform them continuously for a 10-20 minute duration at a lower intensity. Most of these work the entire body and are definitely more interesting that a boring old treadmill or bike session.
