Do yourself a favour and get cracking onto this side dish- it’s low carb and gluten free. If you are lucky enough to get a fresh head of cauliflower (mine is from my garden!) you’ll be shocked at just how amazing and crisp it’ll taste, even raw.
Cauliflower is a great replacement for rice or potatoes without that stodgy feeling. It’s light and perfect for Spring.
You’ll need a head of par boiled cauliflower, a dash of cream and a sprinkle of cheese
Chop and par boil cauli florets and then drain and place in a baking dish, drizzle cream and sprinkle with cheese
Bake that shizz on 180 till golden and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with a nice piece of meat and a green salad
