We’ve almost come out of Winter and know it’s time to turn our attention to Spring- In my opinion the best time to be getting stuck into a new fitness regime.

Are you ready to be Fitter, stronger, leaner and more body confident?

Where: Centennial Park, Sydney

When: Tuesday and Thursday 615am – 7am (yes, 45 minute sessions are fast paced and get the job done!)

What: Women’s Only group fitness workouts including: High intensity circuits, weight training, kettlebells, running, bodyweight exercises, core and injury prevention

Who: Ladies looking for a fun way to keep fit and stay training! We cater to all training levels, can make adaptations for those who are injured and pregnant/post partum

Cost: Less than $20/session (full details upon filling the form below) *casual passes also available **NEW CLASS: Mum’s and bubs class 1030am Thursday with child minding!
