Nothing makes me want to gag more than seeing those GIANT freak shake smoothie things. I know, I know- I’m sure loads of people dig having a donut on top of a preztel on top of a cheeseburger on top on a milky shake that they then Instagram the shit out of…eye roll!
Can they leave the table when they are done? Do they develop a dairy intolerance? I mean seriously, talk about excessive! They can contain a days food intake just in a shake. It’s just not for me- I like food but come on, that’s even too much for me. So I’m sticking to something a little less HUGE but still tasty and wont leave you with a milk hangover and it’s FREAKing easy.
1.5 cup Berries (raspberries and strawbs, both frozen)
1/2 banana (frozen)
Fill with water, I use a Nutribullet and whizz
*Chocolate sauce to drizzle down glass
Confession: I cheated with the chocolate bit, it’s just chocolate sauce out of a squeeze bottle but you can totally make a healthy version using 1 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp honey or RMS and 1 tbsp boiling water and just mix together then drizzle into a glass (just hold the sauce and move the glass around to hit all bits of the glass)
