Ok, barbell required for this workout BUT no gym! My bar weighs 20kgs
I don’t bother adding extra weight to my barbell, it means my workout stays quick and flows well. Be my guest to add weight if you need it. Perform it circuit style with a timer ( 1 min each) or I love to bust out 10 reps of everything, rest then repeat for 5 rounds.
