It’s time to share my FUN CORE EXERCISES!
These moves are a decent round up of some of my favourites. I do them myself and with clients. These get in deep (which it what you want for effective core exercises). You are never ever going to see me doing mind numbing sit-ups- These babies are waaaaay more interesting and effective. Targeting deeper into the area and providing support to a very important structure that is at the heart of literally every move we make on a daily basis. These moves are also great if you are into sports, have young children (carrying those suckers can be tough!) or want a pain free/injury free body. It’s not just the aesthetic side of fitness with these movements.
Add these moves twice per week to your fitness program. I stress that women don’t get obsessive about abdominal workouts and aim to eat a balanced diet coupled with good amounts of sleep, exercise (obvs!) and avoid high stress (dump those energy vampires and learn to “boundarify” your life)
