Stretching can be BORING however it needs to be done (along with some good foam rolling). I’ve come up with a way to get it done and make it a little more interesting- it’ll be like I’m right there with you. Watch clip above
Best areas to stretch? Whole body is best and spend more time on anywhere that feels tight. Stretch for a minute on each and include foam rolling also. Quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, lower back, glutes and chest
