Fat Loss Recipes In 20 Minutes Or Under

 Chicken & Raw Vegetable Salad
Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

300g Packet of Beetroot, carrot and broccoli stem slaw (available at Coles FYI: Amazing!)
300g BBQ chook (go for free range please), pulled off carcass
Coriander 1/2 bunch, chopped finely
Green beans 200g, chopped in 4cmish pieces
Dressing: Juice of 1/2 lemon, evoo & salt/pepper

Method:

The beetroot, broccoli stem and carrot slaw has got to be my greatest find yet! I don’t know if every Coles would stock it, if not make your own (finely shred broccoli stem, carrot and beetroot and leave raw.

This salad would be a great option for a quick work lunch, if you didn’t have access to a decent kitchen (you seriously only need a bowl, chopping board and a knife) or if you were travelling. It’s quick, easy and protein packed!

 In a bowl dump your slaw, pulled chicken pieces, chopped green beans, coriander. Toss and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice

You’ll be satisfied for hours, burning fat and filled to the brim with raw goodness and added protein. Increase the essential fats by sprinkling 25g of roasted almonds or Brazil nuts! Perfect substitution for your Optimised fat loss plan

Mini Green Frittata’s
Makes 10
Ingredients:
5 organic eggs
1/2 cup organic milk (full cream)
4 small bunches of spinach (can use thawed, drained, frozen spinach), wilted in a fry pan
Thyme dried (tsp)
2 heads of broccoli florets (finely chopped. Save the stems to make more raw slaw- see Raw chicken salad recipe)
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Method:
Preheat oven 200 degrees celsius
Whisk eggs to break yokes, then add milk, mustard and thyme. Whisk again to combine. Separately mix together cooked chopped spinach, coriander and broccoli florets (green mixture). 
Use non-stick muffin trays and place green mixture in each muffin hole 2/3 of the way up. Transfer the egg mixture to a jug so you can easily pour mixture into muffin holes. Now pour egg mixture to fill each hole to the top. Place them in the oven 200 degrees celsius for 18-20mins. 
These are great for breakfast or as a quick snack in the arvo at work. Each frittata contains approx 60 cals. 2-3 mini frittata’s (plus a serve of tomatoes and mushrooms) would be ample for a breakfast, 1 is great for a snack with a handful of nuts. 

IRS: Instant Rockmelon Sorbet
Serves 2 
Ingredients:
300g frozen rockmelon chunks, chopped as best you can given they are frozen
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend till you get the consistency of sorbet. EASY!!!!!!!! Eat immediately. You can freeze it but you’ll have to thaw it out before you wish to serve it.
