1. Reverse lunge with tricep overhead extension
2. Squat to raise
3. Deadlift with row
4. Push up with bicep curl, shoulder press and calf raise
5. Plank rotations
Aim for 12 reps of each exercise for 4-5 rounds. You can rest between a full set
