Italian Breakfast Awesomeness

When it comes to matters of food, I need quality and I need utter deliciousness. I don’t do diet food…GROSS…I eat real food, in the right portions.
Below is my breakfast creation or also a great lunchbox filler. Can you believe the calorie content is less than some individuals morning coffee? I promise you this tasty meal is less than 400 cals. Gloria Jeans (Puke!!!) Large caramel latte is approx. 346 cals (Don’t try to tell me people don’t drink these, I see these fools everywhere)
A Taste of Italy

1 multi grain small roll
2 slices of prosciutto
couple of torn up Basil leaves
Handful of spinach leaves
1 Tbsp of Mascarpone
Toast the roll, spread the Mascarpone lightly on both sides, Layer prosciutto, Basil and Spinach. Lid on. EAT!
So good and so delicious!
