New Outlook Fitness is Nat Carter’s Sydney based fitness company specialising in Personal Training, Women’s Only & Group Outdoor Fitness Training, targeted just for women of all shapes and sizes. Body positive- welcoming all ages and fitness/ability levels.

Centennial Park, Personal training available by appointment

Surry Hills, Prince Alfred Park, Monday 545-630pm

Bundanoon (private outdoor studio) Monday 930am & Wednesday 630pm

Nat also offers 1-1 personal training and also via Facetime (1-1 sessions anywhere in Australia)
