Nat also offers Outdoor Group Training Classes based in Centennial Park, Surry Hills Sydney and the Southern Highlands, for those that are looking at training regularly in a safe group environment with other like minded women. This is a great way to maintain consistent results with your training and its also super cost effective! Sessions are always engaging, fun, target the whole body and have the added bonus of fresh air! Our goal is to get your fitter, stronger, leaner and more body confident. We cater for a range of ages and body shapes/sizes. No body shaming/shouty yelly training methods. Nat has over 15 years experience and has helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals.
