Here’s my story about overcoming binge eating and a key strategy that help me successfully make the shift to stop over eating. Nothing was fun about binge eating, I felt disgusting and really shameful afterwards- it led to me putting on kilos and kilos on a weekly basis. Enough was enough and I had to tackle it head on!
