This was created in an attempt to cut down on sweets after meals. I’m so guilty of craving something sugary after any meal, even breakfast! I am ice cream’s number one fan. I really am. I should try to get a deal with an ice cream company, I could eat so much of it. Be aware that I said COULD and not DO! (only on Ice-cream Friday!) So to satisfy my urge (a lot of the time I do succeed in saying “NO!!!”) and still remain fabulously healthy and fit, I came up with this little beauty.
Low fat Milk (1 cup)
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Organic Peanut Butter (smooth)
Place all items in the blender and Whizzzzzz for 30sec-1min
