Super Easy Baked Kale Chips

Need a snack? A healthy snack?! Hop to it and get baking these babies

You’ll need:

A Big Bunch of kale
1-2 tsp chilli flakes
Good pinch of sea salt flakes (I love Himalayan)
Swirl of olive oil

1. Wash and cut kale into chip size pieces (get rid of stems). Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

2. Lay on a piece of baking paper on top of a pizza tray, douse with a little olive oil, chilli and salt

3. Bake for 15 mins until kale has browned slightly, don’t go nuts or they will disappear into the oven

4. Eat immediately as they are glorious fresh out of the oven!
