The Best Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse

Yes, it’s true! It’s so delicious and good for you that I don’t even mind if you have it for breakfast!
The thing that makes this dessert sweet without the added sugar is down to a SUPER great find- liquid stevia drops with no added nasties or chemicals. A true 50DaysNoSugar gem!

Dairy, gluten and refined sugar it’s vegan/vegetarian

Serves 2, makes one ramekin to share (or be greedy and scoff it ALL!)


1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp cacao (add more or less depending on personal taste)
small can coconut cream (if you place the can in the freezer for 15 minutes it’ll harden slightly)
4-8 drops of Slim Me Vibrant Vanilla stevia (liquid stevia drops- the greatest find ever!)
Strawberries to dip

This works best if you just plop everything into a high speed blender blend or use a hand mixer. It gives the best finish- smooth and creamy. Place in the fridge to firm up (at least 15 mins) and serve with juicy plump strawberries.
