Time Saver: Overnight Oats

“I have no time”

“I always skip breakfast”

Blah blah, I’m a whinger…Shut up the hell up and make these oats!

Overnight oats

Makes 2 (one for Monday and one for Tuesday!) 350ish calories per serve


2 glass jars with lids (don’t eat these)
2 cups almond milk unsweetened
1 banana chopped
1 cup berries (can also add addition fruit such as peach or kiwi fruit)
60g chia seeds
60g rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut shreds
2 tbsp raw cacao powder

You will be using the above ingredients across two jars (remember to divide everything in 2, totes easy!)

Place all ingredients haphazardly in your jar, shake it around to get everything wet. If you are going to be a jerk and spend time layering it all then I suggest you find a better hobby (and p.s I thought you said you “have no time”). Whack a little lemon juice on the banana and bury it deep to avoid browning. If you are OCD about your banana, add it on top, in the morning.

Pop the lid on, whack in the fridge and leave overnight to then eat in the morning (with a spoon preferably)
