Weighted Bag Workout

I got your whole body in 3 moves with the weighted 20 kg bag.

You simply perform 8 reps of each move for a total of 18 rounds, rest as needed but the aim is to keep it short and flowing. This is a great workout when you are pushed for space and time. You don’t need this exact weighted bag (available here), simply use a backpack with added weight.

a) Deadlift x 8

b) Squat x 8

c) Row x 8

Repeat 18 rounds
