Following the huge success of its parent show, the 2014 Australian Fitness & Health Expo in Melbourne, the satellite Fitness Show will head to NSW in October to ensure Sydney-siders get their fitness hit.
Celebrating 20 years of revealing the latest fitness trends and products, this year’s event will fittingly head to the home of sport, the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park on October 18 and 19.
Immerse yourself in more than 14,000 square metres of all things fitness including:
- The very latest fitness gadgets, accessories, nutrition and clothing from top brands including Lorna Jane, Asics and Garmin;
- Fitness celebrities and experts, including Commando Steve, who will run VIP training sessions and presentations over the two days, and Australia’s Healthy Chef Teresa Cutter;
- Live sporting events including natural bodybuilding, powerlifting and the search to find Australia’s fittest man and woman;
- Plenty of tips and advice on the Healthy Living Stage from some of the top fitness and health experts in the country, including live cooking demonstrations and nutrition advice.
The Fitness Show NSW will be open from 10am-5.30pm. Tickets cost $30 for one day or $50 for a two-day pass. Children under 12 can enter free.
There is ample parking at the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park starting at $4 per hour or come by bike using the Sydney Regional Cycleways network. Alternatively, get there using one of the many public transport options that will deliver you right to the Show’s doorstep. Visit Sydney Olympic Park website for more information about transport.
