Each week on my Facebook page (link below) I share a workout quickie. It’s basically a tip, video or a little workout advice. Here’s a couple I’ve recently shared. Best to jump on my page and look out each week for the fresh tips.

Workout Quickie: Do you even lunge (correctly)

Lunges- love ’em but man do I see some shitty form. My biggest tip? Make sure tight calves aren’t holding you back from performing a lunge. Women who wear heels sometimes have mobility issues so regularly stretch/roll out those calves.
Also while we are on it hip flexors and quads can have a regular stretch/roll too
*Note the photos: You gotta bend that back knee. Aim for 90 degrees in both the back and front! Depth is good

WORKOUT QUICKIE: You’ve done a plank (in the prone position/face down) about 50000 times but why not flip it and reverse it? Enter REVERSE PLANK!
Opens up the chest, works your arms, core and butt- eeeeexcellent
